Yes, these headphones easy to set up, charge and use. You just need to connect the base to your tv, then the headphones will work.

Why don’t the headphones work when I use a DVD or Netflix?

DVD devices have 3.5MM, optical or RCA ports that can be used with headphones; If not, it can’t be used with headphones. Netflix is a streaming media platform, Dolby’s audio format, and our headphones do not support this audio format.

Why do my headphones pick up background noise when I use the mute button?

Press the mic button of K2 headphones will cut off the sound in the headphones and enhance environmental sounds. You will hear nearby conversations while watching TV without removing your headphones. If you don’t like it, pls don’t press the button!
